Yacht registration
Which flag to fly must be considered in the context of reputation, efficiency, flexibility, lender and charterer preference as well as Port State Control Intervention. We provide Representative Person services to act as a channel of communication between the owner and government authorities and ensure you are able to fly your flag of choice.
Yacht management and administration of the ownership structure
Mann Made Marine Ltd can provide full structuring from beginning to end and also provide full corporate compliance within the jurisdiction suitable for your needs. Mann Made Marine has associated offices worldwide including Malta, Isle of Man and United Kingdom.
We provide a specialist tax advisory service to ensure that you are aware of the tax implications of contracts to buy, sell or build a yacht.
VAT management and VAT compliance
Mann Made Marine Ltd can individually tailor structures to minimise or eliminate purchase VAT and allow for VAT incurred on running and maintenance of a vessel to be fully recovered. A well conceived and implemented structure can minimise purchase VAT and provide full evidence of the yacht's tax status if required.
Crew payroll and crew benefits packages
Yacht owners are well aware of the increasing employment liabilities resulting from changes in regulations and practices. We have developed a solution that provides you with a confidential crew employment package that is legally compliant with Maritime Labour Convention (MLC) and Flag State rules whilst minimising costs.
