As far as possible we discard all non-productive time and activities and focus on delivering service to our clients.

Central to this is our "no timesheet" philosophy. Almost everything we do is on a pre-agreed, fixed fee basis.

In return for a commitment from clients to pay our fees promptly we commit to a fixed fee, regardless of whether we ultimately spend one hour or ten hours on a project. Our clients know where they stand and so do we.
