Gareth Clumpus
Business Development Manager

Gareth is Business Development Manager for the Group, working closely with the Group Managing Director to grow our business of core and niche services. Gareth has over 10 years' experience in corporate services and yachting management.

In addition to his business development role, Gareth manages a portfolio of entities for global clients, specifically in the yachting sector. Gareth also attends Yachting exhibitions across the world including our annual presence at the Monaco boat show.

Gareth's key responsibilities include meeting clients and advising them on the specific structures to suit their requirements and on the specific needs of each jurisdiction and flag state. Gareth also works closely with our Tax team in developing and implementing complex VAT ownership structures for the importation and leasing of private and commercial vessels.

Gareth is also responsible for management of the Group's yachting and marine personnel employment structures.

Dina Hill
Marketing and Business Development Officer

Dina is Marketing and Business Development Officer for the Group, working closely with the Group Managing Director to grow our business of core and niche services.

Dina has a BA (Hons) in Modern Languages from Kazan University in Russia and as well as her native Russian language, Dina is fluent in English and also speaks German.

One of Dina's key roles is that of relationship manager for a number of our Russian clients and she is often the first point of contact following new business enquiries.

She often travels to meet new and existing clients with a view to assisting them with the establishment of their corporate structures.

Dina qualified with the Chartered Institute of Marketing in 2011.

Christine Otieno
Yacht and Aviation Manager

Christine joined the Group in August 2012 and has 6 years’ experience in the administration of yacht & aircraft owning entities. Her role is to provide professional and friendly service to all clients. Christine has a Master’s in Business Administration and a BA in Business Studies. She is fluent in French and is currently studying Spanish.
