Mark is our Tax Director and one of the principals of the Mann Made Group having joined Alan Hollingsworth and Sue Brown at Mann Made in 2007. Mark is a Graduate Chartered Accountant with over thirty years working experience and twenty seven years experience as a tax specialist.

Mark provides taxation support to the Client Services Team and tax advice to our global clients and intermediaries. Mark is a specialist in UK and international tax and deals directly with our more complex clients in structuring their affairs.

Mark also holds a number of key fiduciary responsibilities including that of Financial Director of a multi-million pound property development group and is joint trustee of several of our client's large family trusts

The Financial Supervision Commission of the Isle of Man has vetted and approved Mark as a fit and proper person to carry out his roles and responsibilities for Mann Made Corporate Services Limited.

Sue Brown
Principal and Operations Director

Sue is one of the principals of the Mann Made Group, having joined Alan Hollingsworth to establish Mann Made Corporate Services Limited in 2005. Sue has over twenty years' experience working within the global trust and corporate services arena.

Sue has overall responsibility for all group financial matters as well as Human Resources, and statutory compliance of the Group. Sue is also responsible for managing the strategic, operational and financial risks of the Group companies and works closely with our compliance manager to manage compliance risk.

Alongside this, Sue still maintains an active role in the provision of corporate services to our clients and holds a number of key fiduciary responsibilities including that of director of a multi-million pound property development group.

Marian Ashcroft
Client Services Director

Marian is Client Services Director for the Group, bringing over twenty years' experience working in both the private sector and the global trust and corporate services arena.

Marian's key responsibilities include the oversight of the Corporate, Accountancy and Employment solutions divisions of the Group. Marian is actively involved in the development and implementation of tax driven structures for our clients as well as holding a number of key fiduciary positions for client entities.

Marian also assists our teams and our clients to identify potential issues with structures (both pre and post implementation) and provides workable solutions to ensure the structures remain compliant and robust.

Marian has considerable VAT and Tax experience and provides assistance on cross-border transactions, inter-EU trading and other complex VAT issues.

Marian is a member of the ATT, the AAT and holds an ICSA Diploma in Offshore Finance and Administration.

David Cathersides
Director - UK

Having set up the London operation for Mann Made Group during 2007 and run it through its early years of development, David has more recently taken a back seat and now acts as a consultant to the Group. This has the dual benefit of retaining David's skills and experience within the Group whilst affording him more time to further develop his other business interests.

David is a Certified Accountant who qualified within an international banking group and worked extensively within the UK and Australia. He gained a broad range of financial experience and in particular developed an eye for detail enabling him to provide complex hands-on advice and assistance in relation to one-off transactional business.

Andrew Gilfillan
Director - UK

Andrew, having joined the Group in the Isle of Man during 2009, was identified to assist then succeed David Cathersides in running the London Office and relocated in 2010. A part-qualified Chartered Secretary, Andrew, who has over ten years experience working in both the onshore and offshore financial industries, has a BA Hons in Information Management.

In addition to the day to day responsibility for delivering services to clients of the UK operation, Andrew manages the client and intermediary relationships.

Being responsible also for business development in London, Andrew has a strong understanding of the needs of UK and European clients and travels regularly to meet existing and potential clients.
