Careers
Mann Made is an independently owned group, whose main objectives are not only to provide a high quality service to all of our clients, but on developing a team of honest, hardworking and dedicated employees with a can do attitude, who take pride in their work and in the way they treat their clients, suppliers and fellow employees.

We encourage our staff to achieve their personal career objectives, whether this is to rise to directorship level or to obtain a happy balance between their career and home life.
Depending on the employees’ role we feel that professional qualifications are very important in our industry, and we will give financial support and study leave for any employee wishing to obtain a relevant professional qualification.

We offer the following package of salary and benefits:
- A competitive salary
- A defined profit share arrangement
- Finance for any relevant professional qualifications
- Study leave
- A company pension
- Subsidised gym membership
Opportunities at Mann Made
We currently have the following vacancies:
LONDON: Company Administrator/Senior Company Administrator
We are looking for a Company administrator to join our expanding London office. The ideal candidate will have at least two years’ experience of working for a Corporate Service Provider and have excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills. Ideally they would have started some form of relevant qualification, such as STEP or ICSA, or be willing to start on a formal study programme upon successful completion of their probationary period.
The day to day role will involve looking after a portfolio of clients and all that this entails, including dealing directly with clients, agents, and banks both on the telephone and in person, ensuring statutory obligations are met, issuing documentation such as Powers of Attorney, ensuring that good corporate governance is followed, dealing with any compliance requirements, such as file reviews, any project or ad hoc work that may be required from time to time and generally ensuring that the client is happy with the service being provided.
They must be polite, efficient, organised and hardworking, with good numeracy and literacy skills. They must be able to work with a team, but also use their own initiative and be proactive with dealing with their clients and all other internal administration required in the role.
There will also be the opportunity to visit clients with a view to selling our services.

ISLE OF MAN: Trust & Company Administrator – Temporary Contract
We have a temporary position for a Trust & Company administrator with at least two years’ relevant experience. Professional qualifications such as STEP or ICSA will be an advantage although not a prerequisite. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a portfolio of Trusts and underlying Companies so they must demonstrate the basic understanding of Trust company law and compliance, be well organised and have an eye for detail.
Due to some potential reorganisation this role will only be a temporary contract, initially for three months, with a view of this extending this to six months. There is a possibility after this time that the position could become a permanent one but it will depend on the reorganisation and volume of work as well as the capabilities of the candidate.

If you have a background of academic success, are positive, intelligent and have an enquiring mind; if you are a good communicator and a team player (we know it's clichéd but we mean it!) we would like to hear from you.
