Our head office is located in the heart of the financial district in Douglas on the Isle of Man.
The Isle of Man is an independent Crown Protectorate located in the middle of the Irish Sea. The Island has much to recommend it as a place to do business. As a Crown Protectorate it is able to set its own taxation policy and all non-financial businesses on the Isle of Man are taxed at a zero percent rate. Trusts managed for non-residents are also tax free.
The Island is well served by many resident lawyers and is home to many UK and International banks.
Corporate and trust service providers are regulated by the Isle of Man Financial Supervision Commission to ensure that high standards of financial management and administration are maintained. All of our senior staff and directors have been vetted by the Isle of Man Financial Supervision Commission and approved as fit and proper persons able to manage a regulated corporate and trust service provider.
